THIS RECIPE COMES FROM ONE OF OUR YOUNGER

CHICKEN WITH FETTUCINI OR LINGUINI
 " I am 12 years old and my favorite recipe of my mom's has always been chicken with mushroom and cream sauce. It is exactly what it sounds like!" 

INSTRUCTIONS
You put one cup of flour, two cups of heavy cream, keep on low heat till it comes to a boil, then whisk in a hint of Marsala cooking wine, so that it gets a yellowish color. Then in a separate pan, you cook breaded chicken breasts (dip in flour, egg, breadcrumbs). fry this up and put in two cans of canned mushrooms. Dice up the chicken and add into cream sauce. Serve over linguini
or fettucini. ENJOY!!!"
